Processing Time:

We offer free standard shipping to all U.S. addresses. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Carriers:
We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on package size and destination.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

📦 Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect address information.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your WONDER heater. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging

• A return authorization is required before sending your item back

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective

How to Start a Return:
Email us at linda.snow@wonder.com with the following details:

• Order number

• Product name/model

• Reason for return

• Photos (if applicable)

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or not working as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
